Shipping Policy

Local and non-local orders are delivered via Australia Post. Please allow between 3 to 6 business days for delivery, depending on the delivery option you chose. Delivery timeframes are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by Australia Post or other circumstances beyond our control.

We also offer click and collect!

Potential Issues Regarding Shipment of Orders

If the item you have ordered is not available, we will contact you to resolve the issue. Options may include: offering a substitute, which you may accept or decline; or issuing a refund for the unavailable item.

Returns Policy

We carefully check all items before mailing. However, if items are missing or have been sent incorrectly by us, please contact us within 7 calendar days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and contact information. We will cover the delivery cost of sending the missing or correct item(s) to you.

 

If your item(s) arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us and we'll work to make it right.

If you ordered the wrong item(s), we are not required to accept a return or exchange.

Exchange Policy

We do not offer exchanges for change of mind. However, if we agree to an exchange at our discretion, the following applies:

  • The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • Contact us within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.

  • You are responsible for all shipping costs (returning the item to us and shipping the exchanged item to you).

  • We will process the exchange within 7 calendar days of receiving your returned item.
